Phang Sze Fui, 53, was appointed to the Board on 28 September 2018 as an Independent Non-Executive Director. She serves as the Chairperson of the Audit and Risk Management Committee and is a member of the Remuneration and Nomination Committees.

In 1997, Phang Sze Fui graduated with a Diploma in Commerce (Financial Accounting) from Tunku Abdul Rahman College (now known as Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology). She has been a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants since 2000 and achieved fellowship status in 2005. She became a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants in 2009 and joined the Institute of Corporate Directors Malaysia in 2021.

Phang Sze Fui brings valuable expertise to the Board, with over 18 years of experience in auditing small and medium-sized enterprises, as well as publicly listed companies. She has a strong understanding of auditing, accounting, taxation, the Companies Act, and relevant regulatory requirements.

Phang Sze Fui commenced her professional career in 1992 as an Accounts Executive at Seawood Trading, while concurrently pursuing part-time studies. Following the attainment of her diploma, she joined Monteiro & Heng (currently known as Baker Tilly Monteiro Heng) in 1997. She advanced through positions to become Senior Audit Manager, Associate Director, and Executive Director, prior to taking a career break in 2015. She re-entered the professional sphere in 2016 as the Corporate Affairs Director at Dolphin Applications Sdn Bhd. In 2017, she established Avia Alliance Sdn Bhd, and in 2020, she founded Mavens Fourmi Sdn Bhd (formerly known as 1Advisory Sdn Bhd), organisations that specialise in providing business and accounting consultancy services.
