During his final year of study at the university, he worked as part-time staff at HS Teoh & Co. After graduating from university in 2008, he pursued his career as an auditor in KPMG Singapore for 3 years where he gained solid experience in the areas of auditing and accountancy.

In 2011, he left KPMG Singapore and joined Focus Lumber Berhad as an Accountant in 2012. He was then promoted to the position of Financial Controller in 2018 before his appointment as an Executive Director. He had participated in various corporate exercises of Focus Lumber Berhad such as bonus issue of shares and implementation of Employee Share Option Scheme.

In 2024, he left Focus Lumber Berhad and and joined Kim Teck Cheong Consolidated Berhad as Finance Director overseeing the Group finance department.
