Tan Sri Dato’ Seri Mohd Zuki bin Ali, 64, was appointed Director and Chairman to the Board of Kim Teck Cheong Consolidated on 24 March 2026.

Tan Sri Dato’ Seri Mohd Zuki holds a Master of Business Administration (Finance) from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, obtained through a collaborative programme with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Boston, as well as a Bachelor of Economics from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM).

Tan Sri Dato’ Seri Mohd Zuki Ali brings over 30 years of extensive experience in the Malaysian civil service, culminating in his tenure as Chief Secretary to the Government (2020–2024).  His career includes senior leadership roles, such as Secretary General of the Ministry of Defence and Sarawak State Federal Secretary, as well as various strategic positions within the Prime Minister’s Department.  Previously, Tan Sri Dato’ Seri Mohd Zuki served as Chairman of MRL Sdn Bhd, Cyberview Sdn Bhd, Sinergi Perdana Sdn Bhd, and the Razak School of Government.  He was also a board member of PR1MA Corporation Malaysia and served as Pro-Chancellor of Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM).

Other Current Positions

Tan Sri Dato’ Seri Mohd Zuki currently serves as Chairman of the Employees Provident Fund and Pestec International Berhad. He is also a board member of SD Guthrie Berhad and holds the position of Pro-Chancellor of Universiti Malaysia, Terengganu.

Title

In 2020, Tan Sri Mohd Zuki bin Ali was conferred the Panglima Mangku Negara (P.M.N.) by the Yang di-Pertuan Agong, which carries the title Tan Sri.  In addition, Tan Sri Mohd Zuki bin Ali holds the following titles and honors:

Dato’ Seri / Datuk Seri: Awarded the S.P.C.M. (Perak, 2023), S.S.M.Z. (Terengganu, 2021), S.P.M.S. (Selangor, 2021), and S.M.W. (Federal Territories, 2018).
